Magna Mekanik carries out the production of pressure vessels and tanks for the heavy industry segment in its modern facility, which spans a 6,000 m² indoor and 15,000 m² outdoor area. Our production infrastructure is equipped with high-tonnage forming systems, advanced CNC machining centers, and robust welding equipment, boasting an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons.
Production Power & Capacity
Heavy plate forming processes are carried out with precision in our facility utilizing:
- 250, 350, 400, and 600-ton hydraulic press systems
- 150-ton workshop press
- High-capacity plate rolling machines (SBM 200 / SBM 340) – 4 units
- Hydraulic edge trimming and flanging press systems – 4 units
CNC & Precision Machining Infrastructure
Our production line includes:
- CNC gantry (bridge-type) machining center with a 3200x2000 mm machining area
- CNC vertical machining centers
- CNC laser cutting systems
- CNC plasma cutting machines
- Baykal APHS 41240 hydraulic press brake
- Baykal MGH 4110 hydraulic guillotine shear
Welding & Automation Infrastructure
More than 100 welding equipment units are actively utilized within Magna Mekanik. Our welding infrastructure is supported by:
- Column and boom submerged arc welding (SAW) systems (6 m and 8 m) – 2 units
- Circular and linear welding machines – 5 units
- Circular gantry welding machine – 1 unit
- Multi-process MIG/MAG and TIG (Argon) welding machines – 83 units
- Automatic positioning and rotator systems – 10 units
Production processes, conducted within the framework of qualified welding procedures (WPS / PQR), are executed to high quality standards using both manual and automated systems.
Testing, Surface Treatment & Logistics Infrastructure
In our facility, product safety is verified using pressure testing machines with capacities of 60 bar and 80 bar, while surface treatments are completed in a controlled environment equipped with blasting systems, a spray booth, and an industrial curing oven. The safe handling of large-volume tanks and pressure vessels within the production area is ensured by multiple 20-ton capacity crane systems, forklifts, and auxiliary handling equipment.
Magna Mekanik’s machinery park is configured in line with the principles of capacity, precision, and continuity. Supported by our robust technical infrastructure and an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons, large-volume LPG tanks, cryogenic storage systems, and custom-designed pressure vessel projects are manufactured with utmost confidence.
